Meet Our Founder, Angela Hamlin

Senior program director with unparalleled experience overseeing multiple programs to enhance mission delivery, accomplish strategic business goals, reduce costs, and improve customer experience. Hands-on, self-starter skilled in forming key partnerships that lead to increased productivity, reduced waste, and customer satisfaction.

Executive strategist setting direction for large, complex IT projects, government programs, and command centers. CMS/CPI IDR leader providing technical and strategic guidance and managing complex, mission-critical projects.

Natural leader who delivers success by putting people first, connecting with the customer, and building driven teams. Aligns individual and organizational goals, motivates by example, ensures personal and business success.

Change agent with out-of-the-box mindset skilled in using continuous process improvement to transform productivity and increase efficiencies. Multi-faceted experience in IT, finance, culture, operations, governance, legal, risk, compliance, supply chain, security, and people management.

From Ms. Hamlin, Herself:

I am a certified PMP and CSM as well as a trained Sigma Six Green Belt, with a CMMI Level 4-Development and CMMI Level 3-Services award under my direct leadership. I have a master’s degree in information systems management and an MBA in Healthcare. I offer over 25 years of project, program and executive management experience built upon a technical foundation as a Programmer/Analyst and is recognized across the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for my advanced experience, leadership, and program management skills.

I have demonstrated proven competency to oversee multiple complex programs simultaneously and to accomplish tactical business goals. My approach is to cultivate and attract competitive and strategic staffing rosters with the highest level of key personnel to deliver strong customer-focus based solutions. One of my highest priorities is to fosters business-critical relationships that lead to increased productivity, reduced waste, and customer satisfaction. My leadership and management skills have been demonstrated by having managed some of the largest and/or most critical projects at CMS.
