Responsible for the creation and quality assurance of all documentation submitted to SSA related to information technology analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and resolution. 

Developed work plan proposals in response to the customer’s request for services, and negotiated labor hours, resource allocation, and scope of effort with client to achieve desired results.
