Order for the Office of Acquisition and Grants (OAG) at the Social Security Administration - project manager and technical lead for the enhancement and maintenance of the Acquisition Management and Operations Support System (AMOSS) procurement system.

Supported the year 2000 functionality, the EDI initiative, and the conversion of a procurement application from Progress version 6 to Progress version 8.


Responsible for the creation and quality assurance of all documentation submitted to SSA related to information technology analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and resolution. 

Developed work plan proposals in response to the customer’s request for services, and negotiated labor hours, resource allocation, and scope of effort with client to achieve desired results.
